Special Orders

Lots O Fabric will place special orders with our vendors as needed. If not in stock we can not promise delivery dates or availability of an item, however, we are very skilled in obtaining specific items. Simply email us or fax with as much information as possible, and we'll confirm availability. Upon ordering payment must be made in full.

Back Orders

Most orders ship within 1 business day. However, there are times that certain products are not available. If we have not shipped your backorder within 6-8 weeks, we will notify you prior to shipping. All International orders with any backordered items will be held until complete to avoid unnecessary freight charges to the customer unless specified. If an item is no longer available it will be canceled from your order and you will be notified.

When you check out, you will get an estimated shipping cost. This is only an estimate! Shipping totals are based on weight and destination and will be adjusted accordingly. Please email for exact costs .
Orders placed Monday-Thursday normally ship next day, with the exception of sale dates and holidays. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday normally ship on Monday.

Shipping in the United States

Priority Mail:

Delivery usually takes 2-3 days once we ship. You will receive notification when we ship your order.

Express Mail and UPS shipping are available upon request. Please call or email for more info.

Airmail Parcel Post®, Global Priority Mail®, and Economy Parcel Post are now Priority Mail International with varying rates. Delivery is estimated 6-10 days, but could take longer.

Airmail Letter Post® and Economy Letter Post® are now First Class Mail International. No estimated delivery time, rates will vary.
Tracking is not available with these services.

International Shipping Instructions
Including Canada, APO, FPO, & US Territories

Be sure to include a telephone number and e-mail address with your order so that we may contact you if necessary. Payments may be made by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. All freight charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via an International Air Carrier appropriate for your country (except all APO and FPO which ship via US Postal Service). If you specify postal delivery Lots O Fabric will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. A complete address must accompany each order as Lots O Fabric will not refund freight charges on undeliverable packages that are returned to us.

Oversized Items

Any items over 54” in length will require an oversize surcharge. This service requires a street address. Oversized items can not be delivered to P.O boxes. Actual shipping charges will be assessed according to the actual weight of the item shipped. (Sheers weigh less than tapestries, etc.) Please call 513.897.0711 or email us for an estimation of shipping.

Terms and Conditions

• We are happy to send you a 3x5 swatch you will be charged $5 dollars per 1 to 5 samples.
• We cannot calculate a shipping cost during online check out; therefore the shipping charges are added afterwards. Please indicate in the comment box if you want shipping charges confirmed before your order is sent.
• All prices listed are in American currency, tax will be added to Ohio residents only.
• There is NO EXCHANGE on cut fabrics. If you are not sure, please request a sample.
• Orders are usually processed within 48 hours
• We DO NOT ship orders under $10.
